Every project is unique, with different levels of complexity, finishes, and materials. Because of this, we don’t offer a standard cost per square foot. We can provide accurate pricing once we’ve reviewed your plans in detail.
We take pride in maintaining a manageable workload so we can provide hands-on supervision and strong, consistent communication with every client.
Most of our projects are structured as Fixed-Price contracts, but for certain builds, we may offer Cost-Plus agreements depending on the scope and nature of the project.
Absolutely. We’re proud of the work we’ve done and are happy to provide private tours of completed homes, along with contact info for past clients who can share their experience working with us.
Our primary focus is on the central and coastal areas of San Diego County, though we may consider projects in surrounding areas as well.
We are not a design-build firm. However, we work closely with trusted architects and designers to help bring your vision to life and ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
Larger projects typically include site development, dwellings and garages, hardscape, and special construction such as outdoor living areas, solar systems, pools/spas, and landscaping. We also include furnishings, engineering, and testing where required.
